We have recently updated some features of our site and this has caused some issues with some of our returning customers.

To fix this issue we ask that you clear your Temporary Internet Files.
Instructions for Internet Explorer:

• In the main menu bar go to 'Tools' > 'Internet Options'.
• Under Browsing History click 'Delete'.
• In the new window under Temporary Internet Files, click 'Delete Files'.

These files are temporary and should be routinely deleted. Deleting these files WILL NOT HARM YOUR COMPUTER IN ANY WAY.
